JMAA was voted the number one program in Detroit for After-School programs, and named "The New Discipline" by local newspapers.  

JMAA has received numerous awards from the City of Detroit, Romulus, Canada, Chicago, Indiana, Ohio,and other states for our discipline and the teaching we provide to our constituients.  

Registration for the World Karate Champioships VIII will begin May 2009, and as alway's, when you register 10 or more people you will allow 3 competitors to compete for free!  

Jabari's Martial Arts Academy is currenty providing Martial Arts programs on the eastside of Detroit located at Gratioit and E. McNichols, also on Detroit's Westside in the Brightmore Community Center on Burt Street.
